Founder and principal of US Lighting Consultants, a Manhattan lighting design firm she established in 1992 after training with Bob Prouse at Parsons School of Design. The practice designs architectural lighting for commercial projects including conference centers, offices, retail, and hospitality. Kelly is a past IESNYC section president and currently co-chairs the chapter's History Committee and the Richard Kelly Grant board.
