Founder & Principal at Champalimaud Design

Portuguese-born interior designer raised in Cascais, who studied classical architecture and design at Portugal's Fundacao Ricardo do Espirito Santo Silva. She began her career in Montreal before relocating her studio to New York in 1994, founding Champalimaud Design. Known for hospitality interiors including the Algonquin Hotel and The Carlyle in New York and the restoration of Raffles Singapore, she was inducted into the Interior Design Hall of Fame in 2012.
