Analuisa Corrigan

Ceramic artist and designer splitting her time between New York and Los Angeles, working in hand-built coil-formed clay to make sculptural lighting and vessels. A Parsons School of Design BFA graduate, she explores themes of ornament and femininity through labor-intensive, one-of-a-kind forms and is represented in New York by the gallery Love House. Corrigan attended community college before transferring to Parsons to study graphic design, later shifting her focus to ceramics and teaching herself the craft largely through online tutorials. Her lighting lines include the Fringe, Curtain, and Cielo lamps, the Circo pendant, and the Tulip sconce. She held a solo show, A Better Place to Be, at Picture Room gallery during New York Design Week, and her lighting has been installed at chef Flynn McGarry's restaurant Gem Wine and produced in collaboration with architect Giancarlo Valle.
