Anne Holford-Smith, FAIA, is a Partner at PBDW Architects in New York, where she has worked since 1992. Her practice focuses on historic preservation, restoration, and adaptive reuse, including the Cooper Union Foundation Building, the New York Appellate Division Courthouse, and Green-Wood Cemetery's Fort Hamilton Gatehouses. She led design of the Net-Zero Fellows Hall residence at Williams College and the Moise Safra Center. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute and served on the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission from 2018 to 2024.
