Carlos J. Cardoso

Carlos J. Cardoso, AIA, CPHD, is a Partner and Director of Construction Administration at Beyer Blinder Belle in New York, where he has worked since 1995. With more than 20 years of experience managing and executing construction projects, his focus stems from childhood exposure to his family's construction and real estate business in Brazil, Portugal, and the US. He holds a B.S. in Architecture from the City College of New York, is licensed in New York and New Jersey, and serves on the Passive House Network's Board of Directors.
