Carol Loewenson

Carol Loewenson, FAIA, LEED AP, is a Partner at Mitchell Giurgola Architects in New York, joining the firm in 1982 and becoming partner in 1996. Her work includes projects for the New York Public Library, Rockefeller University, New York University, Cornell University, LaGuardia Community College, and the New York State Unified Court System. She holds a bachelor's degree from Barnard College and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University's GSAPP. She was elected to the AIA College of Fellows in 2013 and served as President of AIA New York in 2016.
