Co-Founder & Owner at RBW (Rich Brilliant Willing)

Charles Brill co-founded the lighting company RBW (formerly Rich Brilliant Willing) in a Lower East Side basement studio in 2007 with fellow RISD graduates Theo Richardson and Alexander Williams. He holds an MFA in furniture design from RISD and continues as an owner and operator of RBW following a 2024 ownership transition, leading a company that manufactures LED lighting fixtures at a Kingston, NY factory and maintains a flagship showroom at 85 Franklin Street in Tribeca.
