Co-Founder, Chen Chen and Kai Williams at Chen Chen and Kai Williams

Brooklyn-based industrial designer and co-founder, with Kai Williams, of the design studio Chen Chen and Kai Williams. Founded in 2011 after the pair met studying industrial design at Pratt Institute, the studio produces avant-garde furniture, functional objects, and decorative pieces built around experimentation with stone, wood, and ceramics. Their work is represented in New York by The Future Perfect and has been shown at the Museum of Arts and Design and the Venice Architecture Biennale.
