Christopher Scholz is co-founder and principal of Elskop Scholz, a New York architecture firm he has jointly directed since 1992, working across institutional, commercial, and residential sectors. He holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and is a registered architect and named inventor with the U.S. Patent Office. The firm has received the AIA New York Design in Architecture Award and emphasizes close collaboration with builders and craftsmen through construction.
