Cristen Colantoni

Cristen Colantoni, LEED AP, is a Senior Principal at HLW, where she has worked for more than 22 years and helped build the firm's reputation for workplace design in the technology and media sectors. In February 2025 she was named to HLW's Global Leadership Team, with responsibility for the firm's company-wide culture while continuing to lead client relationships in the technology market. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Miami University.
