Crystal Maki

Crystal Maki is the Principal Designer and founder of Silverwing Interiors, a full-service residential design studio based in New Jersey serving clients throughout Monmouth County, New York City, Westchester County, and Pennsylvania. With over a decade of experience, Maki specializes in creating sophisticated, personally meaningful homes across diverse architectural styles—from historic brownstones and pre-war buildings to contemporary colonials and modern high-rises. Her design aesthetic blends storytelling, whimsy, and timeless elegance, informed by her past lives in New York and London and her background in broadcast media (WNBC, Good Morning America). She studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology and the New York School of Interior Design. Maki has been recognized as an Architectural Digest-approved designer and featured on the AD list of 20 New Jersey Interior Designers to Know.
