Darin Reynolds is a Partner at COOKFOX Architects, which he joined in 2006. He has led projects spanning workplaces, high-end residences, and urban affordable and supportive housing, including Betances Residences, winner of a 2023 SARA NY Award of Excellence, and two wellness-focused buildings for the Water Street Tampa development. He currently leads the design of Terminal Warehouse in Manhattan. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati in 1997 and is AIA and LEED AP BD+C certified.
