David E. Gross, AIA, is executive and co-founding partner of GF55 Architects, a New York firm with offices in New York City and Miami specializing in multi-family, retail, educational, hospitality, and industrial architecture. Since 1984 the firm has designed and built more than 12 million square feet of housing, including Jupiter 21, Harlem River Point, Rye House, B'nai Jeshurun Synagogue, and Zeta Jerome Charter School. He holds a BA and Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, has received two Urban Land Institute Models of Excellence Awards and AIA Awards of Merit, and taught at NYU's Graduate School of Real Estate from 2004 to 2016.
