David Kriegel, AIA, LEED, is Managing Principal at Gran Kriegel Associates Architects and Planners in Brooklyn, overseeing the firm's design work and operations. His three-decade career spans award-winning private residences and academic facilities to acclaimed retail and commercial spaces, combining an expressive use of natural materials with innovative design solutions. His work has received two AIA design awards and has been published in Interior Design magazine, The New York Times, and Architectural Record. He began his career at Gran Associates in 1982 and returned to the firm as partner in 2000.
