David Leven

David Leven, FAIA, is a principal of LEVENBETTS in New York and a full-time professor at Parsons the New School for Design, where he directed the Graduate Architecture Program from 2008 to 2011. He has also taught at Cornell University's College of Architecture, the University of Virginia School of Architecture, City College's School of Architecture, and Syracuse University's School of Architecture. Leven holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and a Master of Architecture from Yale University, and studied at the Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies in New York. He served on the Executive Board of Directors of the AIA New York Chapter from 2019 to 2021.
