Deb Donley is Founder and Chief Experience Officer of Vocon, an architecture and interior design firm she co-founded with her brother Paul Voinovich in 1987, headquartered in Cleveland with a New York office. She has grown the firm into a 250-plus person team of workplace strategists, designers, architects, and branding specialists serving Fortune 500 clients, with a focus on marrying design with workplace strategy. She holds a bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University and was named a 2024 Cleveland 500 leader.
