Dylan Davis

Co-founder, with Jean Lee, of Ladies & Gentlemen Studio, a bicoastal design studio operating between Brooklyn's Red Hook and Seattle since 2010. Davis and Lee met studying industrial design at the University of Washington, graduating in 2005, and traveled together during a semester abroad in Rome before working separately at Henrybuilt and a Philadelphia messenger-bag company. The studio produces furniture, lighting, wallpaper, and objects blending East and West Coast sensibilities, including stained-glass wind chimes, suspended leather chairs, and metal mobiles, with collaborators including Calico Wallpaper and inclusion in the Furnishing Utopia exhibition at Hancock Shaker Village. Work has been featured in the New York Times, Vogue, and Architectural Digest and recognized with a 2017 Wallpaper* Design Award.
