New England-based furniture and rug designer known for sculptural wool rugs and bent-steel furniture that broke from rectangular convention, first shown in New York at Art et Industrie gallery in the 1980s. She stepped away from design in the early 1990s and has recently returned to practice from a home studio in the Rhode Island/southeastern Massachusetts area. Represented by Superhouse in New York; work is held by MoMA, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Brooklyn Museum.
