Eran Chen, AIA, is founder and Executive Director of ODA New York, established in 2007. Born in Be'er Sheva, Israel, he studied at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem before moving to New York, where he joined Perkins Eastman in 2000 and became its youngest principal, leading design of the cancer center at Israel's Beilinson Hospital. ODA's residential buildings, characterized by stacked-block facades and interconnected courtyards, have reshaped neighborhoods across Brooklyn and Queens.
