Gary Li

Gary Li, AIA, LEED Green Associate, NCARB, is a Principal at Kostow Greenwood Architects in Manhattan. He joined the firm in 2017, became an Associate in 2021, and Principal in 2023, working on projects including the James Earl Jones Theatre Annex, the Smart Design Brooklyn Navy Yard facility, the Northland Center Mall redevelopment, and the National Philharmonic of Moldova. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and previously worked at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill on education projects.
