Hiroki Yoshihara is a Founding Principal of Yoshihara McKee Architects in New York, which he co-founded with Sandra McKee. A graduate of Nagoya University, he earned a PhD in physics before studying architecture and is a registered first-class architect in Japan. His research explores folded paper as a bridge between art and science, informing the firm's residential, commercial, institutional, and landscape projects as well as its origami and furniture design work.
