Co-Founder & Partner, Arcana at Arcana

Co-founder of Arcana, a furniture and lighting studio based in Ridgewood, Queens, that he joined as partner in 2018 alongside Dustin John. Eriksson works primarily in metal and wood, producing pieces such as mirror-polished stainless-steel mirrors and cerused white-oak tables crafted in-house by the studio's fabrication team. Arcana began in 2014 as a custom metal-fabrication venture founded by John, a self-taught fabricator with a background in landscape architecture; Eriksson, trained as an artist and fabricator at Columbia University, joined to launch the in-house furniture and lighting line. Notable pieces include the Gloaming Mirror, its rippled rose-gold surface formed with corrugation dies sourced from a roofing company, and the amoeba-shaped Thorb dining table. The studio's work has been featured on Sight Unseen.
