Principal at Woods Bagot

James Hickerson is a Principal at Woods Bagot's New York studio, where he works across commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality projects in North America, Asia, and the Middle East. He has led design and technical delivery from early agency coordination through construction, and previously worked as a technical coordinator at SOM and as a project manager for a real estate investment firm. He was principal in charge on The Hartby, a residential conversion of a former 19th-century college building in Brooklyn. He is a member of the AIA.
