Jennifer Cheuk

Jennifer Cheuk is a principal architect at SBJ Group in New York, a firm she joined in 1998 upon graduating from Carnegie Mellon University and where she became a principal in 2007. Over more than two decades working alongside founder Stephen Jacobs, she has developed expertise across high-rise residential, supertall buildings, affordable housing, office space, and logistics facilities, focusing on efficient layouts paired with engaging design. She mentors architectural teams and oversees projects from concept through construction completion, and is a registered architect (NCARB) in New York since 2004 and Florida since 2023.
