Joan Krevlin

Joan Krevlin, FAIA, is a founding partner of BKSK Architects in New York, where her work has focused on sustainable, community-oriented design. She holds BA and Master of Architecture degrees from Washington University in St. Louis. Her notable projects include the Queens Botanical Garden Visitor and Administration Center, New York's first publicly funded LEED Platinum project and an AIA Committee on the Environment Top Ten Award winner, and the FDNY Fire Zone educational center, which received an AIA New York Award for Excellence in Interior Design. She serves as vice chairwoman of the Board of Trustees of the Bronx Museum of Art.
