John Clifford

John Clifford is Founding Principal of S9Architecture in New York, bringing more than 25 years of experience in urban planning and strategic development to mixed-use, office, and retail projects. He also draws on client-side real estate knowledge of financials, tenant and landlord programs, and operations. His work has been covered in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Architectural Record, Dezeen, and Oculus, and has received recognition from the Urban Land Institute, the American Institute of Architects, the New York City Public Design Commission, the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, and the Municipal Art Society of New York.
