John L. Capelli

John L. Capelli, AIA, is Chief Executive Officer of EwingCole, an architecture and engineering firm with an office in New York. He joined the firm in 1990 as a staff architect and rose through roles including project manager, team leader, and Director of Operations before being named CEO. He also directs EwingCole's civic practice, focused on U.S. federal agency clients, and serves as a principal in the firm's healthcare practice. Capelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Catholic University, a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Certificate in Business Administration from the Wharton School.
