John Pachuta, AIA, is a Principal at Heintges Consulting Architects & Engineers in New York with more than three decades of experience consulting on building enclosures for commercial, academic, institutional, healthcare, and retail projects in the US and Asia. His work spans new construction, recladding, and adaptive reuse, integrating architectural design with energy efficiency and resilience. He holds architecture degrees from the University of Virginia and Columbia University.
