Joseph Lauro is Co-Managing Director and a Principal of Gensler's New York office and a member of the firm's Board of Directors. Over 24 years at Gensler he has led large-scale architecture and workplace projects for clients including Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, L'Oreal, Michael Kors, and Prologis, and managed projects such as the repositioning of Citicorp Tower Plaza and New Terminal One at JFK International Airport. He holds a BS from New York Institute of Technology, was elevated to the AIA College of Fellows in 2026, and chairs the ACE Mentor Program of America's national board.
