Joseph Sidof

Israel-born founder and creative director of Shakúff, a Sunset Park, Brooklyn hand-blown glass lighting studio he established in 2007. Sidof partners with a global collective of glassblowing artisans using traditional techniques to produce custom chandeliers and fixtures that combine glass with metal and wood, treating the variation inherent to mouth-blown glass as a mark of authentic craftsmanship rather than a flaw.
