Kate Platt

Kate Platt is a Principal Architect and co-founder of Platt Dana Architects in New York. She earned a Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia in 1992 and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University in 1988. She spent five years working on commercial interiors at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Gensler and Associates before operating as sole proprietor of Kate Platt Architects. In 2000 she joined Hope Dana to form Platt Dana Architects, which focuses on high-end residential renovation and new construction.
