Kathy Diamond is a Regional Operating Officer and Director of Human Resources for Gensler's Northeast and Latin America regions, based in the firm's New York office. During 23 years with Gensler she has overseen talent development, performance management, recruiting, facilities, and IT, and played a key role in launching Gensler offices in Toronto, Costa Rica, Sao Paulo, Mexico City, and Colombia. She has helped build New York into a training hub for the firm's HR professionals.
