Lena Dau-Ping Fan

Lena Dau-Ping Fan, AIA, NCARB, is a Principal at Kostow Greenwood Architects in Manhattan. She joined the firm in 2012 and advanced to Principal in 2023, leading teams on performing arts venues, master plans, and renovations, including the Apollo Performing Arts Center, the James Earl Jones Theatre Annex, and the CNN New York Broadcast Center. Her earlier experience includes recreational buildings, hospitals, luxury residential, and hotel design. She also mentors colleagues pursuing architectural licensure.
