Marta Sanders

Marta Sanders is a principal of Architecture Outfit, a New York architecture firm, where she has been a partner since 2015 with over 30 years of practice focused on arts, education, and public-space projects in dense urban settings. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University, and previously worked as an associate at Rogers Marvel Architects. Her project work includes facilities for Rioult Dance, Theatre Row, Pace University's Actors Studio Drama School, and the Turnstyle public transit space, along with ongoing work for Symphony Space and New York Theatre Workshop. She serves on the AIA New York Committee and the University of Kentucky School of Architecture Advisory Board.
