Matthew Tirschwell

Matthew Tirschwell is the founder and principal designer of Tirschwell & Co., an architectural lighting design practice he established in 1999 and operates from Manhattan, with a second office in Southampton. The studio designs lighting for hospitality, residential, retail, and cultural projects, including work with architects Peter Marino and Maya Lin. Tirschwell holds a graduate degree in architectural lighting design from Parsons and has taught at Parsons, FIT, and Utah State University.
