Michelle Yang

Michelle Yang is the founder and principal lighting consultant of MYLD Studio, an architectural lighting design practice based in the Bronx and certified as a New York State Minority/Women Business Enterprise. Before starting the studio she worked at the New York firms Schwinghammer Lighting, BOLD Studio, and SBLD Studio. MYLD Studio designs lighting for hospitality, residential, and commercial projects, with additional work in light art and sustainable design. Yang holds a bachelor's degree in architectural technology from New York City College of Technology.
