Peter DiMaggio

Peter DiMaggio is Co-CEO of Thornton Tomasetti in New York, responsible for defining and driving the firm's strategic vision, including new-market exploration and merger and acquisition opportunities. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.A. in Humanities from Columbia University, along with an M.S. in Structural Engineering, also from Columbia. An expert in special structures and protective design and security, he has directed high-profile assignments including U.S. embassies in London, Berlin, and The Hague, the Obama Presidential Center, FBI field offices in Milwaukee, Portland, and San Diego, and protective design work at the World Trade Center towers.
