Peter Pelsinski, AIA, LEED AP, is a Co-Founding Principal of SPAN Architects in New York, established in 2004 with Karen Marie Stonely after the two founded SPA together in 1995. His design philosophy bridges science, ecology, and culture, emphasizing architecture that emerges from a deep understanding of context. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and a Master of Architecture from Princeton University, where he is an adjunct professor. He is a founding member of the collaborative that became LTL Architects, and his notable work includes Metroscopes, a public art installation at the UMSL South MetroLink Station in St. Louis.
