Rachel Birnboim, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Assoc. DBIA, was named Co-Managing Principal of Perkins Eastman's New York studio in May 2026, sharing the role with Alkis Klimathianos and succeeding Jean Gath. Based in New York's Financial District, she leads high-profile initiatives in healthcare, higher education, senior living, and housing, and recently accepted a two-year term as Vice Chair of the Executive Committee of the New York Building Congress.
