Reid Hoyt

Reid Hoyt is design director and co-founder of Mirrors Collective, a Brooklyn-based mirror design and manufacturing studio he launched in 2021 with Valeriy Shvetsov, owner of an established glass and mirror fabrication shop. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Hoyt previously worked as a furniture and lighting designer in New York City. The studio's debut collection, Wrong Geometries, features hand-treated, tinted mirror pieces arranged in mosaic-like patterns that reimagine reflective surfaces as sculptural interior objects.
