Richard Brennan

Richard Brennan, AIA, is a Partner at HLW in New York with more than 30 years of experience in architecture, engineering, and construction. As Partner-in-Charge, he guides projects from concept through construction with a focus on the commercial sector. He is a graduate of Pratt Institute School of Architecture and previously worked at Perkins+Will, Gwathmey Siegel & Associates Architects, and Landor Associates. His project work includes Google offices in Mountain View and Dublin, Brooklyn Steel, and the renovation of Fordham University's business school.
