Robert T. Sutter

Robert T. Sutter, AIA, is Founder and Principal of RTSPCPINNACLE Architecture & Design in New York, founded as a sole proprietorship in 1984 and incorporated in 1992, later expanded through Pinnacle Group Design Consultants. In practice since 1977, he is a nationally qualified architect (NCARB) registered in multiple states and a member of the American Institute of Architects. He studied at the Cooper Union School of Architecture and Pratt Institute, with further training at the Harvard Graduate School of Design and Harvard School of Public Health. Following the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, he led development of photoluminescent wayfinding and emergency exit designs later credited with helping save lives on September 11, 2001.
