Sherida Paulsen, FAIA, is a Principal at PKSB Architects in New York, where she has practiced since 1999. She specializes in mixed-use projects with preservation concerns and holds a Master of Architecture from UCLA. Paulsen previously served as Chair of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission under the Bloomberg and Giuliani administrations and as President of AIA New York. She has also chaired the Van Alen Institute's Projects in Public Architecture and led WX Women Executives in Real Estate.
