Sybil Wa

Sybil Wa is a Principal at Diamond Schmitt and Manager of the firm's New York studio. She oversees a range of civic and institutional projects, from playgrounds to academic buildings and performing arts venues, including David Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center, the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts in Toronto, and Mariinsky II in St. Petersburg; she led the firm's 2015 winning proposal to reimagine David Geffen Hall. She is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and co-chairs the Toronto Community Housing Design Review Panel.
