Tim Quayle is a partner and Director of Architecture at the San Francisco office of Cass Calder Smith Architecture + Interiors, which he joined in 2005 as senior project architect. He has more than 20 years of experience on single- and multi-family housing, retail, hospitality, education, and recreation projects in the Bay Area, on the East Coast, and internationally, including award-winning sustainable residences and a LEED Silver restaurant. Quayle holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design, studied anthropology at UC Berkeley and history and modern culture at Brown University, and worked in Vienna under architect Hermann Czech before obtaining his California license in 1993.
