Tom Powers

Tom Powers is Co-President and CEO of IA (Interior Architects), a global interior architecture firm, a role he has shared with David Bourke since 2017. He previously served as a longtime managing principal and, from 2014, as executive director of the firm following its transition to full employee ownership under founder David Mourning. Within the firm's co-leadership model, Powers concentrates on the firm's practice and client service delivery while the pair jointly guide strategy across the firm's approximately 19 global offices.
