Now in its fifth year, the exhibition invites bakers from all five boroughs to recreate the city's buildings and landmarks entirely in gingerbread, frosting, and candy under the 2026 theme "Iconic New York." A panel of judges hands out themed prizes alongside a visitor-voted People's Choice award, with the resulting miniature cityscape featuring candy-lined streets and edible skyscrapers on view through the season. Baker applications closed September 20.
