Lighting MakerEst. 2012Lighting manufacturer founded by Ryden and Lanette Rizzo, producing handcrafted brass, wood, and glass fixtures manufactured with U.S. partners. Headquartered in Glen Cove, New York, the studio has operated an active showroom in Manhattan's Tribeca neighborhood since 2018, alongside a growing wholesale and residential lighting business. Ryden Rizzo began the venture in 2012 as a Parsons School of Design independent-study project, making cutting boards and utensils in his parents' garage on Long Island before shifting focus to lighting. The company debuted at ICFF in 2015 with interior designer Dorothee Meilichzon as an early client; Lanette Rizzo joined that year as creative director, and the business has since grown into a roughly $10 million operation employing about 55 people.
