Danielle Colding, founder of her Manhattan-based interior design studio, is a former professional dancer who trained at Stanford University (Anthropology) and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising before transitioning to design. She established Danielle Colding Design in 2006, taking on residential and commercial projects in the US and abroad. Colding won HGTV's Design Star in 2012 and was named to Elle Decor's A-List in 2020.
