Lighting Maker

Ceramic lighting studio based in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, founded by designer Jesse Shaw, producing solid-colored ceramic lamps with textile shades alongside limited-edition sculptural lighting. Collaborates with design studios including Friends of Form and Post Company on hand-glazed clay fixtures for residential and hospitality interiors. Each piece is hand-built and glazed individually, drawing on traditional vessel forms while allowing color and surface to vary from lamp to lamp. Shaw's ceramic fixtures have been installed at the Palm Heights hotel in Grand Cayman, and his lamps, including the Mesa and Cove table lamp designs, are distributed through the New York lighting brand Roll & Hill.
